Position Overview
The University of Wisconsin–Madison is seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Integration Specialist to evaluate, redesign, enhance, and support a complex Zoho implementation used by the Office of Business & Entrepreneurship (OBE).
The organization has already deployed multiple Zoho products but is experiencing implementation challenges. The selected consultant will perform a comprehensive assessment of the current environment, develop a remediation roadmap, implement improvements, optimize integrations, and establish best practices and documentation standards.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with the Zoho product suite, Deluge scripting, JavaScript development, XML integrations, and enterprise CRM implementations.
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
Zoho Product Suite Experience (3+ Years Required)
