WorkForce Software Integration developer to support a large-scale WorkForce Software implementation within a manufacturing environment. The project is currently in Pilot/UAT and has recently shifted from a single deployment strategy to a phased, multi-wave rollout approach, extending the implementation timeline through 2028.
This consultant will serve as a key member of the implementation team, acting as a Workforce Software Integration SME and partnering with project leadership, offshore development teams, functional consultants, and client stakeholders throughout deployment activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary WorkForce Software Integration SME on the project
• Design, develop, configure, and support WorkForce Software integrations and interfaces
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into integration solutions
• Support API, employee data, payroll, and inbound/outbound interface integrations
• Troubleshoot integration issues and identify root causes
• Partner with functional teams, developers, and business stakeholders throughout testing and deployment activities
• Support Pilot, UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities across multiple rollout waves
• Collaborate with offshore development resources and provide technical guidance as needed
• Participate in client-facing discussions and represent the integration workstream
Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of hands-on WorkForce Software experience
• 4+ years of WorkForce Software integration experience
• Minimum 2 years with a leading Time & Attendance product such as WorkForce Software or Kronos
• Strong experience with APIs, interfaces, and enterprise application integrations
• Experience supporting payroll and employee data integrations
• Strong SQL/query writing skills
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
Preferred Qualifications
• WorkForce Software certification (PT102, TIME102, or related)
• Experience with ADP integrations
• Experience with Integration Studio or other WorkForce Software integration tools
• Experience supporting WorkForce Software implementations
• Experience within manufacturing, industrial, transportation, utilities, or other unionized workforce environments
• Experience with complex labor rules, overtime rules, scheduling, and workforce management configurations
• Experience working with offshore development teams
• JavaScript or other scripting/programming experience
-Experience with 3GL/4GL languages such as JavaScript or C++
-Certification in WorkForce Software (Technical PT102/TIME102), preferred not required
-lvl 8, as a practice we are trying to recruit 2 integration folks
