Job Role and Responsibilities:
Defining technology foundations required for Phase 1 – covering architecture, platform, environments, infrastructure, integration approaches, tooling, and non-functional requirements
The D365 CE / CRM Architect will lead the design and implementation of the Unified Experience layer for the Skylark platform, leveraging Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Power Platform. This role is responsible for defining a scalable, multi-brand CRM architecture that integrates seamlessly with CDP, orchestration, and enterprise services.
This is a critical leadership role during mobilization, responsible for establishing design standards, data models, and CRM-led experience patterns across the platform
This role is critical to ensuring seamless transaction processing, billing, and product lifecycle management across brands and channels.
Strong expertise in:
D365 Sales, Customer Service, Omnichannel
Dataverse and Power Platform
Experience in multi-tenant / multi-brand CRM implementations
Strong understanding of:
Customer 360 / CDP integration models
Event-driven architecture
