Job Role and Responsibilities:
Overall, 8 to 10 years of work experience in SAP CRM sales & Services. 1 or 2 minimum implementation experience in ECC – Service Max integration.
• Should have food knowledge of configuration of overall CRM Module (complete end to end sales order management , pricing , different sales scenario’s, billing etc)
• Good understanding of SAP CRM and ECC integration on Basic functions (Business partner, Install Base & Product master)
• Working knowledge on Middleware troubleshooting
• Knowledge in SAP Sales and distribution on different areas such as delivery management, STO processing is preferable.
• Knowledge on Service process with Service Parts Integration
Complaints & Returns Processing
• Good understanding of the support process is required with experience in handling tools such as Solution Manager, Issue Management tool, testing tool as HP Quality center
• Equipment Life Cycle Management (ELC) Service & Install process
• Candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should have team management exposure in implementation project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
