Role – Salesforce Project Manager
Location – Pleasanton, CA (Onsite)
Mode – Contract
Job Description:
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
- Work closely with Salesforce development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Track sprint progress, manage risks/dependencies, and drive continuous improvement\
- Facilitate backlog grooming, estimation, and release planning
- Prepare and share Agile metrics, status reports, and delivery updates
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce teams/projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC? Experience with JIRA/Confluence and Agile reporting metrics
- Strong stakeholder management and communication Skills
Preferred Skills
- CSM/PSM certification
- Experience working with US-based customers and distributed teams
