Position: AI/ML Engineer
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ months contract
Rate: $ 53/hr on C2C max
Job Description:
Core Responsibilities:
SDLC Transformation: Enabling Kiro throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including validating requirement documentation and generating JIRA stories.
AI Agent Steering: Creating and managing “rules files” that define coding standards, design patterns, and architectural constraints for AI agents.
Infrastructure & Tooling: Integrating external tools and data sources via Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
Team Leadership: Assisting dev teams in adopting agentic workflows, such as multi-agent coordination and persistent team learning.
Key Skills & Experience:
AI/ML Familiarity: Hands-on experience with AWS GenAI tools like Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Q.
Architecture & Design: Deep knowledge of system design, Mermaid diagrams, and technical documentation.
Developer Productivity: Experience with CI/CD, Code OSS/VS Code based environments, and automated testing.
Technical Communication: Translating complex customer challenges into structured product capabilities and agentic implementation plans.
Skills: Digital : Amazon Web Service(AWS) Cloud Computing Experience Required: 10+
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
