Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support Data Conversion, Reporting, and Data Warehouse re-platforming initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage critical technical workstreams including conversions, reporting, integrations, and ERP deployment readiness.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead and manage conversion, data warehouse, and middleware re-platforming projects.
Manage and guide development teams through design, development, and implementation phases.
Ensure converted data, reports, and integrations are deployment-ready.
Collaborate with functional teams to gather business requirements and prepare technical/design documentation.
Coordinate development activities, track deliverables, and resolve technical issues with integrators.
Configure and maintain in-house tools to support business operations and administration.
Lead testing, debugging, and deployment activities for impacted applications.
Maintain project plans, workplans, and technical documentation.
Provide regular status updates and progress reporting to management.
Ensure solutions align with current requirements and future business direction.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of relevant experience.
Strong experience managing technical teams, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
Experience with SDLC methodologies including Hybrid Agile and Waterfall.
Hands-on experience using MS Project and Atlassian JIRA.
Extensive experience with Oracle ERP Systems, Oracle Fusion (SaaS), and Oracle EBS Modules.
8+ years of experience working on:
RICE Components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)
BI Publisher Reports
Fusion Reports
Integrated Cloud Services (ICS)
Workflow Customization
Form Personalization
Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including:
OIC adapters
Integration orchestration patterns
Oracle SOA
Oracle Service Bus
Experience integrating SaaS, multi-cloud, and on-premise applications.
Strong knowledge of SOAP/REST web services, WSDL, and integration frameworks.
Ability to leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, and SaaS connectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience with third-party system integrations.
Experience in cloud-based ERP deployments.
5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM integration/development.
5+ years of experience leading and managing projects
