Job Responsibilities
Title: Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to support the design, development, configuration, and integration of enterprise Salesforce solutions across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, API integrations, AI-driven automation, and cloud-based enterprise solutions. This role involves collaborating with architects, business analysts, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions within a healthcare-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development & Configuration
- Design, develop, and maintain:
- Custom Apex classes and triggers
- Lightning Web Components (LWCs)
- Salesforce Flows and automation solutions
- Build and customize Experience Cloud portals for:
- Patients
- Providers
- Partner ecosystems
- Develop and implement Agentforce-powered automations and Data Cloud integrations for unified data access and intelligent workflows
- Configure and enhance:
- Salesforce Health Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Support contact center modernization initiatives through integrations with:
- AWS Connect
- Service Cloud Voice
Integrations & Data Management
- Design and implement API-based integrations with:
- AWS services
- Enterprise applications
- Third-party systems
- Develop scalable and secure integration frameworks to support healthcare workflows and real-time data exchange
Testing, Deployment & Governance
- Participate in:
- Unit testing
- Integration testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage:
- CI/CD pipelines
- Source control
- Release and deployment processes
- Ensure compliance with:
- Enterprise coding standards
- HIPAA regulations
- Salesforce governance policies
AI & Emerging Technologies
- Contribute to the implementation of:
- Explore AI-driven opportunities for:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Mandatory Requirements:
- US Citizen or Green Card Holder
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce Health Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
Core Salesforce Development Skills:
- Expertise in:
- Apex classes and triggers
- Lightning Web Components (LWCs)
- Salesforce Flow and automation tools
- Agentforce solutions
- Data Cloud integrations
- Experience building and customizing Experience Cloud portals for healthcare or partner ecosystems
Integration & Cloud Expertise:
- Strong experience designing API-based integrations with:
- AWS services
- External enterprise platforms
- Familiarity with:
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Event-driven integrations
- Middleware integrations
DevOps & Deployment Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as:
- Flosum
- Copado
- SFDX
- Jenkins
- Understanding of:
- CI/CD pipelines
- Source control and branching strategies
- Automated deployment processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries
- Exposure to:
