Role: SAP Business Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid)

Duration: 12 months

 

Role:

Business analyst will partner with team to develop a partnered approach to deliver the following outputs, in alignment with SAP best practices: 

Train, support and/or mentor team

Identify gaps in existing documentation

Development of current-state process and related analyses

Design future-state processes aligned to district/organizational policies

Translate future-state processes into SOPs

Ensure SOPs reflect standard SOP behavior (avoiding workaround habits) and are aligned to SAP configuration, Security & Segregation of Duties (SoD) and Audit and Compliance requirements

Identify and document shadow processes outside the ERP

Obtain feedback while protecting process integrity aligned with SAP best practices

Include team members in ensuring SOPs can be traced back to business requirements and SAP solution design; are version controlled and are approved before go-live

Along with team members, support and promote the assignment of a long-term SOP owner
