Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Pega BPM Architect / Lead Developer with 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, specializing in Pega BPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in system migrations, workflow automation, enterprise architecture, and leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives across industries such as financial services, healthcare, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega BPM solutions for enterprise applications.
- Drive system migration and platform consolidation initiatives, ensuring minimal downtime and improved system efficiency.
- Architect and implement scalable workflow automation solutions, including complex background processes and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end digital transformation programs.
- Design and manage disaster recovery strategies and ensure platform resiliency.
- Develop and integrate APIs using asynchronous design patterns, webhooks, and event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka).
- Lead Agile/Scrum teams, manage sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery using tools like Jira, Rally, and Confluence.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and related DevOps tools.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring team members, and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with data security, risk management, and governance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Pega BPM (CSA/CSSA certified preferred)
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture and large-scale system migrations
- Strong hands-on experience with Java development and integration frameworks
- Experience with IBM WebSphere, API integrations, Kafka, and asynchronous processing
- Solid understanding of DBMS systems, SQL, and data modeling
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins) and DevOps practices
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe)
- Strong knowledge of workflow optimization, automation, and BPM tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
