Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with a strong background in the Telecom domain to lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration strategies, and telecom business processes such as order management, billing, and customer lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture design and technical delivery for telecom projects
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Define system architecture, data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams
- Drive best practices in Salesforce development, governance, and DevOps
- Oversee integrations with telecom systems such as OSS/BSS, billing platforms, and external APIs
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of Salesforce solutions
- Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and enforce architectural standards
- Manage releases, deployments, and CI/CD processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 7+ years in Salesforce
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or similar role
- Strong expertise in:
- Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft preferred)
- Hands-on experience with telecom domain processes:
- Order Management
- Customer Onboarding & Lifecycle
- Billing & Revenue Management
- Product Catalog (CPQ is a plus)
- Experience designing complex system integrations (OSS/BSS systems)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, data modeling, and governance
- Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Copado, or similar)
