Talent Fishis currently seeking a certified IAM Engineer specializing in SailPoint for a high-prioity, remote contract-to-hire engagement.
We are looking for a candidate who is not just a “user” of IAM tools, but a builder and automator. The successful candidate will be responsible for standardizing ISC reporting and automating the creation of HCM codes (Vendor, Location, Job Codes).
The Ideal Candidate Profile:

Certifications: Mandatory SailPoint (ISC, IdentityNow, or IIQ).

Integrations: Proven experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and Azure AD.

Scripting: Advanced PowerShell skills (specifically for automating duplicate account cleanup and attribute discrepancies).

Data: Strong MS SQL for identity data correlation and troubleshooting.

Compliance: Experience with SOC2/SOX audits, access reviews, and zero-trust models.
Success Metrics for this Role:

Achieving an 80% reduction in duplicate/attribute-related account issues.

Maintaining a 90% success rate on IT Change Management requests.

Resolution of service requests within a 5-day SLA.
