Role Summary
We are seeking an Agentforce Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein capabilities. The role focuses on creating autonomous, goal-driven agents that automate customer interactions, internal workflows, and decision-making processes across Salesforce platforms.
The ideal candidate combines Salesforce development expertise, prompt engineering, and AI-driven automation to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned agent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Agentforce & AI Development
• Design, configure, and deploy Agentforce agents aligned to business use cases
• Build autonomous workflows using Agent Builder, Flows, and Einstein AI capabilities. • Define agent goals, topics, decision paths, guardrails, and escalation scenarios. • Implement prompt engineering best practices for accurate, safe, and contextual outputs.
Salesforce Development
• Develop and customize solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows.
• Integrate Agentforce with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
• Build APIs and integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP.
Data, Security & Governance
• Ensure AI agents comply with Salesforce security, data privacy, and governance models.
• Implement role-based access, permission sets, and trusted action boundaries.
• Monitor agent behavior, accuracy, and performance using Salesforce analytics.
Testing & Optimization
• Test agent reasoning paths, responses, and automation flows.
• Continuously refine agent prompts and logic based on real-world interactions and feedback.
• Troubleshoot issues related to AI hallucinations, latency, or incorrect actions.
Collaboration & Documentation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and admins to define agent use cases.
• Document agent configurations, decision logic, and operational guidelines.
• Support deployment, training, and post-production monitoring.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Salesforce Skills
• Strong experience with Salesforce Platform (Sales/Service Cloud preferred).
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
AI & Agentforce Skills
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce or Einstein AI.
• Understanding of autonomous agents, conversational AI, and decision-based automation.
• Experience with prompt design, intent handling, and contextual grounding.
Technical & Analytical Skills
• Strong problem-solving and system design abilities.
• Understanding of AI ethics, data safety, and responsible AI practices.
• Familiarity with logs, monitoring, and performance tuning.
Soft Skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
Good to Have
• Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I/II, AI Specialist).
