Essential Skills: Compensation Lead Consultant Lead the Workday Advanced Compensation pod as a consulting partner| advising customers on best practice usage of Workday compensation features and designing scalable| compliant compensation solutions aligned to business needs. Key Responsibilities Skills1. Act as the lead consulting partner for the Workday Advanced Compensation workstream| owning solution design and client advisory.2. Design and configure Advanced Compensation| including compensation plans| eligibility rules| guidelines| budgets| proration| and compensation review cycles.3. Translate customer compensation strategies (merit| bonus| incentives| allowances| stock) into standard Workday business processes using delivered functionality.4. Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices| feature adoption| and release driven enhancements related to Advanced Compensation.5.
