Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer to join our team in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Pega PRPC, case management, and business process automation. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Pega solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Pega applications using Pega PRPC (Pega Platform).
- Build and configure case management workflows, business rules, and UI components.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Pega development.
- Strong expertise in Pega PRPC, Case Management, and Decisioning.
- Experience with Pega UI (Sections, Harnesses, Portals).
- Knowledge of integration services (REST, SOAP, JMS).
- Hands-on experience with Java, SQL, and Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with Pega deployment tools and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or CSA certification.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Exposure to microservices architecture.
- Experience in financial services or healthcare domain is a plus.
