Role Description:
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers while ensuring high-quality code and adherence to security standards.
Design and implement secure software solutions throughout the SDLC.
Manage Kubernetes environments and integrate them with CI/CD processes.
Conduct code reviews and security testing to identify vulnerabilities. Communicate technical strategies and project statuses to stakeholders.
Essential Skills:
Familiarity with AI tools for SDLC enhancement is beneficial.
Experience in enterprise architecture and security policies is a plus.
Knowledge of threat modeling and common vulnerabilities is advantageous.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines is helpful.
Experience in cross-functional team collaboration is desirable.
Proven experience in secure software engineering, particularly with Python, is essential.
Strong understanding of secure architectural principles and practices is required. Experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies is a must. Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration. A background in technical leadership is also crucial.
