Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Security Consultant with strong expertise in SuccessFactors security architecture and role design. The ideal candidate will support and enhance security configurations across Employee Central, Global Benefits, and Employee Central Payroll, ensuring compliance, governance, and secure access management.
This role requires a hands-on consultant or lead-level professional capable of working in a hybrid environment and collaborating with cross-functional HR and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Security roles and permissions

Configure and manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP) within SuccessFactors
-
Support security for:

Employee Central (EC)
-
Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
-
Global Benefits
-
Perform user access reviews, audits, and compliance checks
-
Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues and access conflicts
-
Collaborate with HR, functional, and technical teams to ensure secure system design
-
Ensure adherence to SOX and data privacy regulations
-
Provide support during implementations, upgrades, and integrations
-
Maintain proper documentation of security roles, policies, and procedures
Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Security

Hands-on expertise in Role-Based Permissions (RBP)

Experience with:

Employee Central (EC)

Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

Global Benefits

Good understanding of SAP HR / HCM security concepts

Experience in user provisioning, role design, and governance

Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, etc.)

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a Lead or Senior Consultant (SC) in SuccessFactors Security
-
Prior experience in hybrid or client-facing roles
-
Exposure to integration security (SAP + external systems)
