Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field.
MBA, CPA, or PMP certification is a plus.
Experience
7–10 years of experience in project accounting, project controls, or scheduling.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP PS, Oracle Projects, Dynamics, NetSuite).
Hands-on scheduling experience using MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.

Skills
Strong understanding of project finance, cost management, and forecasting.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
