Required Skills & Experience
· 8+ years of experience in software testing for hardware-integrated systems.
· Proven experience functioning as a Test Strategy Leader or Test Product Owner.
· Strong background in Agile / SAFe environments (PI Planning, backlog grooming, iterations).
· Ability to operate at a strategic and leadership level, not as a tactical tester.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
