Description and Location
Configure SuccessFactors PM and GM modules including route maps, rating scales, form templates, workflows, and permissions
• Validate XML configurations where required (Goal Plans, Performance Form Templates)
• Create reports related to the PMGM configurations
• Coordinate UAT cycles with business teams and testing team
• Identify and resolve configuration issues and defects
• Manage cutover activities and support go live readiness
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and job aids
• 3-6 years of experience
