Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Application Architect with 12+ years of IT experience to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep architectural expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to act as a technical authority and SME across Salesforce implementations, integrations, and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- – Act as Application Architect and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce platform
- – Own end-to-end solution architecture across multiple Salesforce clouds
- – Define enterprise architecture standards, patterns, and best practices
- – Lead complex Salesforce transformation and modernization programs
- – Drive architecture decisions related to scalability, security, performance, and data governance – Review and approve technical designs, code, and release plans
- – Design and govern integrations using APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, and event-based architectures – Partner with business, product, and enterprise architecture teams
- – Mentor architects, developers, and technical leads – Support multi-org, large-data-volume, and high-availability architectures
- – Manage architectural risks and ensure compliance with enterprise standards Required Skills & Qualifications Salesforce (Expert Level)
- – Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and limits
- – Strong hands-on experience with:
- – Sales Cloud
- – Service Cloud – Experience Cloud – Deep understanding of security model, data sharing, role hierarchy, and compliance.
