- 12+ years of overall experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong Product Owner experience
(backlog ownership, epics/user stories, grooming, sprint planning, demos) - Health Insurance (Payer) domain experience within the LAST 5 YEARS – Mandatory
- Minimum 3+ years of recent experience in one or more of:
- Claims
- Enrollment
- Eligibility
- Benefits
- Provider Networks
- Medicare / Medicaid (acceptable)
- InRule Business Rules Engine experience – Mandatory
- Hands-on experience authoring, maintaining, and validating InRule rules
- Health insurance use cases (eligibility, claims adjudication, benefits, CMS rules)
- Hands-on Agile / Scrum experience
- Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and technology teams
- Resume must clearly show recent Health Insurance + InRule experience
