Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Kinaxis Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support supply chain planning initiatives using Kinaxis RapidResponse. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional and technical expertise in Kinaxis, with the ability to advise, design, and optimize planning solutions across demand, supply, and inventory domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Kinaxis SME, providing expert guidance on RapidResponse capabilities and best practices
- Lead and support solution design, configuration, and optimization within Kinaxis
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate supply chain requirements into Kinaxis models
- Support demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP planning use cases
- Perform scenario modeling, what-if analysis, and performance tuning
- Troubleshoot complex Kinaxis issues and provide root cause analysis
- Support integrations with upstream/downstream systems (ERP, data platforms, etc.)
- Assist with user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer
- Participate in testing (unit, integration, UAT) and deployment support
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of overall supply chain planning experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Kinaxis RapidResponse experience
- Strong expertise in at least one planning area: Demand, Supply, Inventory, or S&OP
- Deep understanding of Kinaxis data models, worksheets, alerts, and scenarios
- Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Kinaxis certification(s)
- Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience
- Exposure to large-scale Kinaxis implementations or upgrades
Work Model
- Hybrid: Onsite presence required in Boston, MA (schedule to be defined)
