JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIRED SKILLS:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
– Lead and manage end-to-end change management and release management processes
– Plan, schedule, and execute software releases across environments
– Own and coordinate all release activities ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
– Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery
– Coordinate closely with Development, QA, Operations, and Production Support teams
– Manage implementation plans and dependencies across multiple teams
– Execute change processes and ensure clear communication with key stakeholders
– Review quality controls and facilitate required approval processes
– Organize and participate in key release and change-related meetings
– Identify, manage risks, and track action items to closure
– Support environment management and configuration management activities
– Coordinate disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution
– Work within Agile and Continuous Delivery environments
– Collaborate with business product owners, technical leads, architects, and development teams
