Job description:
- The Technical lead for ios, android, java will be responsible for providing technical leadership and direction in the development and implementation of mobile applications.
- This role will involve overseeing the iOS, android, and java development teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards in coding and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the ios, android, and java development teams in designing, developing, and implementing mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
- Conduct code reviews, identify technical debt, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development for ios, android, and java.
- Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and support their professional development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to mobile application development.
Skill Requirements:
- Proficiency in ios app development using swift and objectivec.
- Strong knowledge of android app development using java and kotlin.
- Expertise in java programming for backend services and integration.
- Experience with mobile ui/ux design principles and best practices.
- Solid understanding of restful apis and mobile security protocols.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of developers towards achieving project goals.
