Deployment Strategy & Planning:
Expertise in defining and executing deployment strategies for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Strong knowledge of cutover planning, sequencing, and readiness assessment.
Stage Gate & Governance:
Experience managing stage gate reviews, signoffs, and compliance checkpoints. Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate deployment risks proactively. SAP Activate & Agile Delivery: Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Hybrid delivery models.
Integration Awareness:
Understanding of dependencies across Finance, Engagement Management, BI & Reporting, and Data Migration workstreams.”
