Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Web Application Developer to design, develop, test, and document large-scale web applications. The role requires strong expertise in the .NET architecture, modern JavaScript frameworks, database technologies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using the .NET architecture.
- Develop applications using C#, MVC, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Perform testing of custom applications, reports, large data sets, and dashboards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including requirements, specifications, designs, traceability matrices, and test documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders in large-scale implementation projects.
- Support application development throughout the full software development lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
- 7+ years of experience developing web applications.
- 7+ years of experience with:
- .NET architecture
- C# programming
- Technical documentation (requirements, specifications, designs, testing)
- Application and data testing
- 4+ years of experience with PL/SQL or T-SQL.
- 3+ years of experience with:
- MVC
- JavaScript frameworks such as React and AngularJS
- 2+ years of experience with HTML5.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Experience working on large-scale implementation projects.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience working in state government, particularly in Education or Early Learning (preferred).
