• Salesforce Development & Administration Experience (3–5 years):
o Salesforce CRM
o Apex Language, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers
o SOQL
o Visualforce Pages
o Workflow & Approvals
o Dashboards
o Custom Objects
o Package Installations
o Email Templates
o Formulas
o Validation Rules
o AppExchange
o Apex Data Loader
o Roles & Profiles

• Salesforce Lightning Experience:
o Required 1 year of Salesforce Lightning Web Component (LWC) development experience

• Programming Languages (3–5 years):
o APEX
o Core Java
o JavaScript

• Tools Experience (3–5 years):
o Force.com IDE
o Apex Data Loader
o ANT
o AutoRABIT (preferred)

• Agentforce / AI:
o Required experience in Agentforce and building AI agents

• Methodologies:
o Required experience with Agile methodology
o Preferred experience with SAFe methodology

• Soft Skills:
o Required strong communication and collaboration skills

• Integrations & Technical Experience:
o Experience with Five9 integration is a plus
o Required experience working in an onshore/offshore support model, collaborating with offshore teams
o Preferred experience with GitHub, RTC, and automation tools
o Preferred experience with IVR technologies such as Avaya, Cisco, Chatbot, etc.
