Job Overview
Role Summary:
Responsible for administering, maintaining, and supporting PeopleSoft environments, including application, web, and database tiers. Ensures system stability, performance, security, and smooth execution of updates, patches, and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft environments (PUM, FSCM, HCM, Campus Solutions).
- Manage WebLogic/Tuxedo domains, Process Schedulers, and Integration Broker.
- Apply patches, updates, tax updates, and perform system upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application/server issues.
- Manage migrations using Change Assistant and PeopleTools utilities.
- Ensure security, backup, and compliance of PeopleSoft systems.
- Work closely with DBA, developers, and functional teams for issue resolution.
