JD:
~10+ experience of managing cross location teams and focused on delivery excellence with effective work breakdown planning and working on resources allocation across the pods
• Experience with Agile-based project delivery with ability to lead agile ceremonies (Backlog Readiness, Backlog Refinement, SCRUMs, Retrospectives etc.) and team meetings to define and communicate on delivery milestones.
• Work with development leads and Business stakeholders to remove impediments to delivery and manage any issues and delays with effective coordination\communication.
• Facilitate with technical analysis\specifications of requirements from Business and help maintain the content in JIRAs as well write effective Confluence knowledge article for multiple teams supporting the application platforms.
• Ensure JIRAs logging and boards are organized to provide both granular and management level transparency.
