Skills:
· At least 15 years total SAP systems experience
· At least 2 or 3 implementations on SAP S4 system managing SAP MDM solutions
· Excellent experience in managing Material Master
· Strong functional and business knowledge in different SAP modules
Global or multi-site rollout experience strongly preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on direct solution delivery.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to business stakeholders and leadership. Proven ability to translate between business requirements and technical solutions, bridging executives, business teams, and IT. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies. Experience with cloud-based SAP deployments.
Skilled at influencing, guiding and facilitating stakeholders and peers with decision making.
SAP certification preferred
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and collaboration tools such as MS Teams.
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
· Ability to organize & balance multiple projects/priorities. · Must be self-motivated with capability to work independently. · Ability to estimate the financial impact of technology alternatives · Trusted and respected as a thought leader who can influence and persuade business and IT leaders and IT development teams · Availability for 10-15% overnight domestic travel.
