Client is seeking a highly motivated, flexible, organized, and detail-oriented Sr .NET Developer to join our dynamic team in Rockville, MD. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers across multiple projects.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment.
- Provide architectural guidance and ensure adherence to coding and design standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project goals.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance.
- Foster an agile, collaborative, and high-performance development environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical lead capacity.
- Strong hands-on expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC 4 or above, SQL Server, and SQL queries.
- Solid understanding of OOP concepts and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in application architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks (Angular, React).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
