Title: SAP Technical Lead
Location: Houston, TX or Remote flexibility

Role Overview
Experienced Technical Lead with strong SAP expertise to provide leadership to client. The role will focus on overseeing technical design, development, and integration activities, ensuring SAP systems align with business needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development activities for SAP landscapes in the USUI program.
• Oversee system integration with SAP and non-SAP applications (e.g., Quorum, GIS, ETRM).
• Provide technical leadership for performance tuning, interfaces, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and delivery teams to ensure end-to-end solution quality.
• Manage offshore/onshore teams, providing technical direction and review.
• Ensure compliance with client security, architecture, and governance standards.
• Support cutover, testing, and deployment planning.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of SAP technical experience (Basis, ABAP, PI/PO, or CPI).
• Strong knowledge of SAP integration across ERP, Finance, SCM, and HR modules.
• Proven leadership in large-scale SAP programs.
• Experience with integration to third-party systems (Quorum, Oracle CC&B, GIS).
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Education & Nice-to-Have Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• SAP certifications in Basis/ABAP/Integration.
• Familiarity with cloud deployments (Azure, AWS).
• Experience in utilities or oil & gas sector.
• Agile/SAFe or PMP certification.
