Delivery Manager with Healthcare

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Health Care, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of related work experience in HealthCare IT with at least 3+ years in a management or leadership capacity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or Health Care.
- Experience leading delivery of Utilization Management, Care Management, and Prior Authorization products in a healthcare IT environment.
- Scaled Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Agilist, PO/PM, RTE).
- Advanced knowledge of HealthCare IT systems, delivery models, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, CMS, 42 CFR).
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, Quality Assurance, and technical delivery leadership.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to resolve complex cross-team issues.
