Pay Rate: $64/hr

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary link between business stakeholders and agile self-organizing teams. Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify/clarify their needs and the needs of the customers they represent.
- Possess strong understanding of the system(s) worked on as well as other systems in the chain. The chain includes all processes, people, technology, data, services, and organizations interacting to generate customer value.
- Collaborate with team members responsible for changing and running bank activities. Ensure that changes are built, tested, deployed, and documentation maintained. Capture requirements (use cases/stories/features) that deliver real business value to stakeholders/customers.
- Demonstrate strong banking knowledge and domain knowledge relevant to the assigned area. Provide tactical advice to senior management when needed.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven work experience as a Business Analyst in an agile environment
- Experience in Financial Services, covering both internal processes and customer needs
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft and HR Tools
- Familiarity with lending products and processes (preferred)
- Strong data analysis and data science knowledge
- Proficiency in SQL
