Job Description:
• Extensive experience leading Workday projects end-to-end, covering scoping, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Provided global support through incident and change management systems.
• Designed and configured Workday Security, Condition Rules, and Calculated Fields.
• Led implementations for Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Talent & Performance, and Recruiting modules.
• Engaged with HR leaders and business partners to define system requirements and align tactical and strategic operations.
• Analyzed HR/Payroll legislative changes and assessed system impacts to ensure tax and regulatory compliance.
• Designed and developed business requirements, functional specifications, test strategies, and documentation.
• Streamlined and enhanced the existing Workday system by optimizing business processes, refining security models, and improving organizational hierarchies and modules, ensuring seamless data flow and maintenance of the Workday platform.
• Ensured data integrity and compliance with corporate security standards, including GDPR and SOX.
• Implemented Onboarding process globally ensuring process automation and reducing manual intervention and have New Hires a smooth onboarding experience.
• Configured and maintained Talent and Performance templates and reviews.
• Provided expertise in system integrations, facilitating seamless data exchange between Workday and third-party applications.
• Participate in testing for semi-annual Workday updates.
• Configured goal settings and performance and talent reviews for organizations Annual/Mid-Year/Year-end Talent and Performance process.
