Job Description:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using tools such as Dataflow, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage.
- Write efficient and complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis across structured and semi-structured datasets.
- Develop and deploy Python scripts for automation, data processing, and integration with various GCP services.
- Migrate legacy data workflows and systems from Teradata to GCP-based architecture while ensuring performance and data integrity.
- Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
- Optimize data models and query performance in BigQuery for large-scale datasets.
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance policies are adhered to while working with cloud-based data.
