EPR Program Manager – Management Consulting – Reston, VA

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong management consulting expertise to lead enterprise program transformation initiatives. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance program governance with client engagement, guiding stakeholders through change while ensuring measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the EPR program, managing timelines, resources, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions) items, communication strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and change management activities.
• Supervise and guide multiple EPR projects, providing leadership, coaching, and support to ensure successful delivery.
• Establish, update, and maintain the EPR Program Roadmap, strategic initiatives, and governance framework.
• Define, track, and report on EPR Product Owner team Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) as well as other performance metrics.
• Foster team development, collaboration, and overall cohesiveness.
• Prepare and deliver tailored presentations on EPR-related topics for audiences at various levels, including executive leadership.
• Maintain active stakeholder engagement by facilitating feedback sessions and ensuring continuous communication.
• Lead problem-solving discussions when needed to identify and design solutions for customer challenges and pain points.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver content for quarterly EPR stakeholder meetings.
• Manage and maintain program documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility within SharePoint and Confluence.
