Job Description Must Haves (no exceptions)
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.
• 8+ years of experience as a technical lead supporting the implementation of PeopleSoft Finance, including General Ledger, GAAP based accounting principles, financial reporting dashboards and accounting transactions reconciliation. Must have experience with the key data required for interfacing with the General Ledger.
o All experience must be on a large-scale project, where large-scale is defined as a system having at least 5,000 system users and a total project cost of at least $20 million (defined as the total system development cost including planning, design, development, and implementation).
• 3+ years of experience leading technical troubleshooting and incident management processes.
• 2+ years of experience supporting public-sector projects. (State, local, federal experience)
• 3+ years of experience creating technical documentation, including functional and technical requirements, design documents, conceptual diagrams, user guides, and workflow processes.
• 3+ years of qualifying experience leading Agile development activities including sprint planning, documentation of functional specifications and acceptance criteria in User Stories, and planning and leading functional, user acceptance and regression testing.
