Job Details
Workday HCM Functional Consultant with strong experience implementing Workday Advanced Compensation within the insurance or finance/banking industry.
• 10 years’ experience in Human Resources.
• 3+ years of experience with Workday and 5+ years related to Compensation.
• Must have recent experience implementing Workday Advanced Compensation within the insurance (automotive, homeowners, liability, casualty, etc. Non-healthcare) or finance industries.
• Must have had at least one full implementation of Workday Advanced Compensation.
• Must have experience with the following Advanced Compensation modules: Merit, Lump Sums, Bonuses, Allowances, Additional Adjustments and Promotions.
