Job Details:
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and enhancements for JJs Windchill PLM,user requirements and technical designs.
Help squad members in problem-solving technical challenges, providing guidance on theimplementation of effective solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and adhere tothe SAFe Agile framework to ensure timely delivery of Program Increment (PI) objectives.
Stay abreast of Windchill PLM enhancements and best practices, providing recommendations forprocess improvements.
Assist in training team members on new features and functionalities within the Windchill PLMsystem. Collaborate with the team during story refinement, technical design discussions, and effort estimation to ensure well-defined tasks and timelines.
