job Description:

• The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) at the Client is looking for a highly
• motivated .Net developer to join an existing agile delivery team. This role will be heavily data
• focused – strong SQL skills, data analysis, transformation, and API experience are a must.
• OCIO is committed to utilizing modern technologies and methodologies to deliver
• secure, high-quality technical solutions to its business partners. The Software Developer will be
• joining an existing team developing applications using .Net, SQL Server, Entity Framework and
• Bootstrap. Experience in these technologies, in addition to agile scrum experience, are required
• for the position and will be heavily tested during the interview process.

Further job requirements:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with a team.
• Ability to read, understand, and create design documents.
• Technical understanding of infrastructure components, their dependencies, and interactions between servers, virtual systems, networks, databases, web applications, etc.
• Ability to proactively participate in customer engagements, follow direction from lead technicians, work with customers, and participate in technical planning
• This role will be remote Monday thru Friday during standard business hours.

Technical skills required:

• TSQL language skills working with MS SQL – 7 years REQUIRED
• Microsoft .NET (C#, MVC, and Restful APIs) – 5 years REQUIRED
• Entity Framework or Comparable ORM – 5 years REQUIRED
• Data modeling and analysis. – 3 years REQUIRED
• HTML/CSS, JavaScript and jQuery – 3 years REQUIRED
• Automated unit testing, SSIS, Jenkins, GIT, and VSTS – 3 years REQUIRED
• Developing on an agile scrum team – 3 years REQUIRED
• Bootstrap – 1 year REQUIRED
• Angular – 1 year DESIRED
