Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Websphere Commerce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Websphere Commerce and be capable of working independently to develop and implement solutions with minimal assistance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies to ensure alignment with the development team and project goals.

• Engage in meetings with the Business team as needed to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure that the technical solutions meet business needs.

• Demonstrate a self-driven and motivated attitude, taking initiative to identify and solve problems, and coding solutions with minimal guidance.

 

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Websphere Commerce (must have).

 

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Spring Boot batch.

• Knowledge of React.

• Familiarity with XML and XSD.

• Proficiency in Javascript, HTML, and CSS.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Websphere Commerce development.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and business teams.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
