Job Description:
This position is for an engineering Subject Matter Expert within the Global Voice Engineering team.
The candidate should have experience in the following areas:
* 5+ years of experience with Avaya suite of telephony and UC products
* 3+ years of experience designing and deploying carrier SIP solutions
* Experience with Contact Center solutions from Genesys highly preferred
* Experience with scripting and test automation highly preferred
* Experience with private, public and hybrid clouds preferred
* Experience with tools such as Sevone, Spectrum, Ixia and Empirix beneficial
