Job Description:
The person should be from a strong Video/TV/Broadcasting background with hands on Device Setup/Networking/Device Driver Software etc background. Should be able to Manage the entire Device Lab at the Client’s location in New Jersey. Should be at least 15 years industry experience and should be in NJ or vicinity and willing to travel occasionally to Event Venues.
Must Have Skill Set:
· Knowledge of video encoding equipment and IP video workflows generally
· Familiarity with video codecs such as H.264 and H.265 and protocols such as WebRTC, RTMP, SRT, HESP, etc
· Ability to physically install servers and equipment
· Ability to turn up and operate video encode equipment (HW and SW)
· Nice to have:
· Familiarity with specific encoding platforms such as Evertz, Videon, Phenix, etc
