• Familiarity with VMs, remote access.
• Familiarity installing, updating, and managing software and licenses.
• Experience managing, investigating, and prioritizing user issues.
• [nice to have] Familiarity with GCP’s GCE and GKE platforms.
• [nice to have] Familiarity managing GitHub Enterprise or other source control.
