(1) JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Title – AI Developer or AI/ML Engineer
Position – Long Term Contract/C2C
Location – Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Visa – Except H1B, OPT and GC
AI Developer – 2 to 5 years of experience in following skills
Core Technical Requirements
Programming Proficiency:
Strong experience with Python, plus one or more languages such as Java, JavaScript etc.
AI/ML Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.)
- Understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, etc.)
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Strong knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Cloud & Infrastructure:
- Experience deploying AI/ML models on cloud platforms (Azure).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of version control (Git), code reviews, and testing.
- Experience building scalable APIs and microservices for AI applications.
(2) JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Title – AI Architect or AI/ML Architect
Position – Long Term Contract/C2C
Location – Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Visa – Except H1B.
AI Architect – 6+ years of experience in following including leading or architecting AI-driven solutions
All the above plus following
Ability to design scalable AI systems and integrate them into enterprise platforms. Experience in designing data pipelines, vector databases, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems. Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow) and observability practices.
Communication & Collaboration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to translate complex AI concepts for technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders. Comfortable leading technical discussions, demos, and documentation.
Educational & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. 2–5 years of hands-on AI/ML development experience.
Focused Skills:
Experience with Generative AI (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.)
Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel).
Knowledge of responsible AI, model explainability, and bias mitigation.
Contribution to open-source AI projects or research publications. (For AI Architect)
Experience mentoring junior engineers. (For AI Architect)

Job Title – Java-Kafka Developer
Position – Long Term Contract/C2C
Location – Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Job Description:
8+ years skilled and experienced in design, development, and maintaining real-time data streaming applications using Java and Apache Kafka.
• Data pipeline development: Design, build, and maintain real-time data streaming pipelines using Apache Kafka and Java.
• Kafka application development: Develop and implement Kafka producer and consumer applications, including microservices.
• Integration: Integrate Kafka with various existing systems, databases, and data sources.
• Performance optimization: Monitor and troubleshoot Kafka cluster performance, topics, and brokers for efficiency and scalability.
• Maintenance and support: Support and upgrade existing Kafka implementations and troubleshoot issues.
• Security and compliance: Implement security measures to protect data streams and meet compliance standards.
To be skilled and experienced in:
• Core Java: Strong proficiency in Java, including concepts like multi-threading, concurrency, and collections.
• Apache Kafka: Deep knowledge of Kafka architecture, features, and components like Kafka Streams, ZooKeeper, and Schema Registry.
• Messaging and streaming: Experience with messaging and stream processing on Kafka.
• Microservices: Experience with microservices architecture, as many Kafka applications are built as microservices.
• Databases: Experience with databases and data warehousing technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle) is often required or preferred

(4) JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Title – SAP BW Developer
Position – Long Term Contract/C2C
Location – New York, NY (Hybrid)
Visa – Except H1B
Description:
- Designs, Develops and supports analytical applications which are build using SAP BW which leverage data modeling, data architecture, ETL (extract, transform, load), end-user reporting & analytics.
- The practitioner need to have skills in one or many of the SAP BW, SAP BW Integrated Planning, SAP BW ABAP Modeling.
(4) JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Title – SAP S/4 HANA Manufacturing (MTD) Lead
Position – Long Term Contract/C2C
Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid)
Visa – Except H1B
- Travel required 50%. Estimated duration: Upto July 2026, with high probability of extension through Q1 2027.
SAP functional skills:
- MTD lead w/ Production Execution
- Production Planning and Scheduling experience, general mfg. experience.
- Able to lead a value stream (20 plus resources), manage the build and test plan + resources, oversee execution and manage sub stream leads under the MTD value stream (client and IBM)– EWM, production planning and execution and MES (client-controlled sub stream but interacts with our scope of work).
Must have SAP S4HANA experience.
- Industry exp: manufacturing. especially complex discrete mfg. high volume/ high variation processes (Make to order/ engineer to order).
Soft skills:
- A consultant leader who can lead the client conversations to drive decisions, re-direct with conviction and evidence when there’s churn around decisions and actions and provide prescriptive/ best practices advice.
- Must be able to deal with strong personalities (cannot be an order taker/ doer).
