Job Description:|
1. 8 years of UX Design – create ideas via process flows, wire-frames, and mock-ups to effectively conceptualize and communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors
2. Coding – tools of the trade
3. Work collaboratively with engineers, product managers, executives, and other designers to build scalable solutions to improve the user experience
4. Explore user problems and requirements
5. Define the model of the interactions
6. Implement solutions with feel of the product in mind
7. 4 + years designing for the web and mobile preferred
8. Excellent portfolio
9. Understanding of UX design principles
10. Experience working with data visualization and presentation methods
11. Strong interest in usability testing and performance metrics
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
13. Extreme attention to detail
14. A demonstrated passion for user experience and the web
15. Must have a portfolio featuring examples of interaction design work
