UX Designer long term

Job Title: UX Designer

Location: Maryland

Duration: Long term


Candidate should be local to MD and VA
Duties:

● Design and develop wireframes or prototypes based on requirements and user needs.
Rapidly test and iterate design solutions.
● Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to
intuitive user experiences that are measured and tied to key KPIs.
● Make design and user-experience decisions that support a consistent user interface
across all product offerings, including using a shared design system.
● Collaborate with other team members and department stakeholders including Product
Managers, Engineering, PMO and Client Support.
● Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to
teams and clients.
● Using high and low fidelity design tools, deliver the appropriate interface designs
including prototypes, mockups, wireframes, user stories, user journeys, optimized for a
wide range of devices and interfaces.
Experience:
● Five (5) years of experience in designing web applications, mobile applications and/or
cross-browser compatible responsive consumer experiences.
● Expertise in creating wireframes and prototypes using UI/UX tools, especially Figma.
● Experience collaborating with cross-functional agile software teams.
Preferred Experience:
● Demonstrable experience implementing and/or working with a design system.
● Experience working with complex requirements or rules.
