Rate $60/hr on c2c
Need Above 8y exp
1st preference for Ex-Apple candidates
JD:
Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform design decisions.
Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas.
Design and deliver user-centered solutions for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Design Keynote presentations for leadership
Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment
